Pawsitive Studio — À lire avant votre séance
En cochant la case d'acceptation sur le formulaire d'inscription, je reconnais avoir lu, compris et accepté ce qui suit, et je le fais librement et volontairement.
1. Nature de l'activité
Je comprends que la séance à laquelle je participe combine des exercices de yoga et une période d'interaction libre avec des animaux vivants, dans un même espace. Je reconnais que ce type d'activité comporte des risques physiques qui ne peuvent pas être entièrement éliminés, même avec toutes les précautions raisonnables prises par Pawsitive Studio et son équipe.
2. Risques liés à la pratique du yoga
Je reconnais que certaines postures de yoga impliquent un effort physique, de l'étirement et un maintien d'équilibre, et que je peux me blesser (foulure, chute, tension musculaire, étourdissement, entre autres) en les pratiquant, notamment si je force au-delà de mes capacités. Je m'engage à respecter mes propres limites et à informer l'instructeur de toute condition physique pertinente avant le début de la séance.
3. Risques liés à la présence d'animaux
Je reconnais que les animaux présents, bien que sélectionnés et supervisés avec soin, demeurent des êtres vivants dont le comportement ne peut être garanti à 100 %. Je peux notamment être griffé(e), mordillé(e), bousculé(e) ou heurté(e) par un animal durant la séance. J'accepte ce risque comme faisant partie inhérente de l'activité à laquelle je choisis de participer.
4. Allergies et conditions médicales
Je confirme ne pas avoir d'allergie sévère aux animaux (poils, salive, squames) pouvant mettre ma santé en danger, ou, le cas échéant, en avoir informé l'équipe avant la séance et pris les précautions nécessaires de mon côté (médication, etc.). Je confirme être en état de santé compatible avec une activité physique légère. Pawsitive Studio n'est pas responsable d'une réaction allergique ou d'un malaise lié à une condition médicale non déclarée à l'avance.
5. Objets personnels
Je comprends que Pawsitive Studio n'est pas responsable de la perte, du vol ou de l'endommagement de mes effets personnels (téléphone, portefeuille, vêtements, tapis de yoga, etc.) laissés dans la salle ou les espaces communs pendant la séance.
6. Renonciation et libération de responsabilité
Pawsitive Studio n'est pas responsable de toute blessure, perte ou dommage subi durant ou en raison de ma participation à cette séance. En considération de ma participation, je m'engage à ne pas poursuivre Pawsitive Studio, ses propriétaires, employés, contractants et bénévoles, en cas de blessure, de perte ou de dommage lié à ma participation, incluant notamment les blessures liées à la pratique du yoga, les griffures, morsures ou autres incidents impliquant un animal, une réaction allergique, ou la perte, le vol ou l'endommagement de mes effets personnels.
7. Droit d'exclusion
Je comprends que l'équipe de Pawsitive Studio peut, à sa discrétion et en tout temps, m'exclure d'une séance sans remboursement si mon comportement est jugé dangereux ou inapproprié envers les animaux ou les autres participants.
8. Confirmation
Je confirme avoir 16 ans ou plus, ou avoir obtenu le consentement d'un parent/tuteur si je suis mineur(e). Je confirme avoir lu et compris l'ensemble des sections ci-dessus, et j'accepte d'y être lié(e) en cochant la case correspondante sur le formulaire d'inscription.

Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment of Risk
Pawsitive Studio — Please read before your session
By checking the acceptance box on the registration form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following, freely and voluntarily.
1. Nature of the Activity
I understand that the session I am attending combines yoga exercises with a free interaction period with live animals, in the same space. I acknowledge that this type of activity carries physical risks that cannot be entirely eliminated, even with all reasonable precautions taken by Pawsitive Studio and its team.
2. Risks Related to Yoga Practice
I acknowledge that certain yoga poses involve physical effort, stretching, and balance, and that I may injure myself (sprain, fall, muscle strain, dizziness, among others) while practicing them, particularly if I push beyond my own capabilities. I agree to respect my own limits and to inform the instructor of any relevant physical condition before the session begins.
3. Risks Related to the Presence of Animals
I acknowledge that the animals present, although carefully selected and supervised, remain living beings whose behaviour cannot be 100% guaranteed. I may be scratched, nipped, bumped into, or knocked over by an animal during the session. I accept this risk as inherent to the activity I am choosing to participate in.
4. Allergies and Medical Conditions
I confirm that I do not have a severe allergy to animals (fur, saliva, dander) that could endanger my health, or, if applicable, that I have informed the team prior to the session and taken the necessary precautions on my own (medication, etc.). I confirm that I am in a state of health compatible with light physical activity. Pawsitive Studio is not responsible for an allergic reaction or discomfort related to an undisclosed medical condition.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that Pawsitive Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings (phone, wallet, clothing, yoga mat, etc.) left in the room or common areas during the session.
6. Waiver and Release of Liability
Pawsitive Studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of my participation in this session. In consideration of my participation, I agree not to sue Pawsitive Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and volunteers, for any injury, loss, or damage related to my participation, including but not limited to injuries related to the practice of yoga, scratches, bites, or other incidents involving an animal, an allergic reaction, or the loss, theft, or damage of my personal belongings.
7. Right of Exclusion
I understand that the Pawsitive Studio team may, at its discretion and at any time, exclude me from a session without refund if my behaviour is deemed dangerous or inappropriate towards the animals or other participants.
8. Confirmation
I confirm that I am 16 years of age or older, or that I have obtained parental/guardian consent if I am a minor. I confirm that I have read and understood all the sections above, and I agree to be bound by them by checking the corresponding box on the registration form.
