How does a Pawsitive Yoga session work ?

A session lasts 60 minutes and unfolds in three parts. We start with 30 minutes of guided yoga, during which the animals are gradually introduced into the room, so you get used to their presence while staying focused on your practice. This is followed by 30 minutes of free play time where you can cuddle, interact, and take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Where do the animals come from ?

Our animals come from trusted local shelters, rescues, and ethical breeders. Every partner we work with is carefully selected to ensure the animals are healthy, socialized, and well cared for.

What should I bring ?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

What if I have allergies?

We recommend consulting your doctor before attending if you have known animal allergies. The studio is cleaned thoroughly between sessions, but animal dander will be present in the room. Attending at your own discretion is advised.

Can I bring my own pet ?

Unfortunately, no. For the safety and comfort of everyone, including the resident animals, personal pets are not allowed during sessions.

Are the animals well treated ?

Absolutely. The well-being of our animals is our top priority. All animals come from trusted partner and breeders who follow strict ethical standards. Sessions are carefully structured so the animals are never stressed or overwhelmed.

Are the animals available for adoption ?

In most cases, yes! The majority of our furry guests are looking for a forever home. We always share adoption information at the beginning of each session, so if you fall in love with one of them, we'll point you in the right direction.

What animal will be present during the session ?

Depending on the session you book, you will practice alongside playful puppies, cuddly kittens, or gentle bunnies. The specific breed or type is announced on our social media a few days before each session.

What if I get scratched or bitten during a session ?

Our animals are gentle and well-socialized, but like any animal, they can sometimes scratch or nip while playing, it's just part of the experience! All participants are required to sign a waiver before joining a session acknowledging these inherent risks. If anything happens during your visit, please let our staff know immediately so we can assist you. We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have any concerns after your session.

What safety measures do you have in place ?

The safety of both our guests and our animals is something we take very seriously. Our sessions are supervised by trained staff at all times, our studio is regularly sanitized, and every animal is sourced through trusted and ethical partners. Yes! All of our animals are up to date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age. Our puppies come from trusted breeders and rescues who follow strict health protocols.

How do you keep the studio clean between sessions ?

Our studio is fully cleaned and sanitized after every single session. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space, and we encourage all guests to wash their hands before and after interacting with the animals. Our animals are also monitored for cleanliness and overall health throughout each visit.
